Stagelights Entertainment Services uses new, high end sound equipment for that professional sound you expect.
We have dependable, independent sound technicians who operate the equipment and provide MC/DJ services at reasonable rates.
Live music? We have a large referral list of individual musicians and bands that play a variety of styles at reasonable rates.

PRICING:
As a non-profit, we can offer amazingly low fees for our professional services.
1. Complete sound system & DJ*: $200 for 3 hours. ($25 for each additional hour.)
System includes: professional powered mixer, 2 monitors and/or 2 large, 400-watt mains (depending on size of venue), three microphones with stands, CD and iPod players. Includes free set up and breakdown.
*NOTE: The system cannot be rented alone. Only a Stagelights-approved DJ/sound technician can operate the system.

2. Qualified DJ/sound technician: Clients contract directly with the DJ to determine level of service, music selection and special requests. DJs will draw from thousands of popular songs in a variety of styles including rock, country, soft rock, mood-setting instrumentals, Top 40, disco, electronica, music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and current hits. Note: If you would like to request a special song(s), please provide the song to the DJ via CD or give him two-weeks notice to acquire it for his music library.

3. Musician/band referral: Bands typically charge $200 to $800 per event, depending on size and quality of band requested. This price is in addition to that for the sound system and DJ. Stagelights has a large network of local and regional bands that play a variety of styles. Clients are encouraged to work with the DJ in contracting with a band. However, client may choose to work with and pay the band directly.

Event examples and estimated costs
50th anniversary party (3 hours) with sound system and DJ = $200
Wedding reception with live band (3 hours): includes sound system/DJ ($200) and band (estimated $300) = $500 (Subject to change depending on band’s fee).
Full-day festival (8 hours) with sound system and DJ = $400
Why are our rates so reasonable?
Simple. Stagelights is a non-profit organization with a mission to bring quality music to our local schools and the community at large. All money made through the rental of the Stagelights’ sound system directly funds our many educational and outreach programs. We refer our clients to individual DJs, musicians and bands in an effort to support the local music community.
